FAQ
Question: You mention that all products are
sold by a container. What does that mean?
Answer: We only sell to
wholesalers and retailers. A container is what is used to ship products
overseas on boats. 20' and 40' containers are used, depending
on the weight of your order.

2000 lbs. to 10,000 lbs. This option is now available. Our customer service department can
help determine which option you need.
Enchanted Imports
has weekly ocean import consolidation containers from the Ports of
Hong Kong, Shanghai, Keelung, Taiwan and Singapore. This service is
for customers who don’t have a Full Container Load of cargo to
import. This type of cargo is called “LCL” or Less than Container
Load and is charged based on the cubic meter or metric ton. Most
cargo from Asia is based on the cubic meter. The average rate per
cubic meter (CBM) ranges from about $100-$120/cbm depending on the
origin and type of cargo. Depending on the final destination of the
cargo, the containers may be routed and unloaded in either our
Chicago, Kansas City or St. Louis warehouse’s. This service gives
us the ability to offer very competitive rates while reducing the
transit time by several days to most destinations. It’s also ideal
for customers who need warehousing and distribution services
throughout the Midwest. Since we also own our own domestic trucking
company, your cargo in most cases will be in our complete control
from origin loading point to it’s final destination. In the event
the delivery location is outside of our area of coverage, we work
with several other trucking companies to assist us with deliveries.
We also offer service this same service to Los Angeles, Atlanta,
Miami and New York City with a few select partners.
